Every My Mini Duas book is made just for you, thoughtfully designed, carefully printed, and personalised down to the smallest detail. We want your experience to feel just as special as the book itself.

If something doesn’t look right due to:

-A print issue

-Damage during delivery

-A mistake we made on your personalisation on our end

If the error was due to our mistake, please notify so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Just email us at info@myminiduas.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include: Your order number; A few clear photos; A short note explaining the issue.

A Note on Personalisation.

However, since each book is printed exactly to your request, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for:

-Misspellings or incorrect details submitted at checkout

-Changes of mind after the book has been printed

Please take a moment to double-check your child’s name and any other customisations before confirming your order, it makes all the difference.

We pour love and care into every order, from the first click to the final print. All books are shipped with tracking, so you’ll know exactly where yours is at all times.
